Had an extremely disappointing experience with Carstar Calgary NE. Repair was originally quoted at 7 days but ended up taking 22 days, a clear sign of poor planning and mismanagement. Communication throughout the process was terrible. I had to chase updates repeatedly, only to be met with vague responses or no information at all. I will never use Carstar Calgary NE again and will not recommend to others.
