As a newcomer to group fitness classes and as someone who is recovering from multiple injuries, I cannot recommend Cmmn Grnd enough. All the instructors I’ve had were super understanding and offered variation within the class to account for differing skill levels, injuries, etc. I especially like the Mat Pilates (all instructors have been great) and Hatha Yoga with Maggie and Evanna. Their Vinyasa class is also great, but unfortunately they have not had it in their schedule for a little while now.
