This place can get very busy at times. I would recommend making an appointment.
The waiting room was pleasantly not packed as usual and I was out in 20 minutes. It has not been like that in awhile in fact a whole row of seating was added. Last week was an hour and a half wait and some very old people had been there for 2 hours which is too long.
