Awful experience at cmls. It has taken me 8 months to get refinancing done for my house. Impossible to get a hold of any management team. Emails back and forth asking for the same information over and over again. The team is very disorganized and show a lack of representation for the client. I was promised to have this process done 5 months ago and they are still asking me for information I sent in March.
