Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. We've told our mortgage funding on our closing day told us there was a clerical error redid our mortgage, and then told us our down payment was almost triple. After signing the paperwork, we were forced in to do this by no choice. Because of their mistake cannot be trusted, they have no honor. And they are extremely slimy

My family and I have been dealing with CMLS for about a year and I just wanted to say that they've been a pleasure to deal with so far. They're very accomodating, knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. We just renewed our mortgage with them for another term and it went very smoothly. Now, we can finally rest easy. Lastly, a lot of credit must go to Subi Sarkar & Edwin Narayan for making this happen. Those two deserve a raise.
