From start to finish, exceptional service!!! Cannot recommend enough!! We sprang a leak in the bathroom, I rang CML and spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful and informed me that Saul (the engineer) would be with me in the next few hours. This information was also emailed to me with pricing structure so there was no nasty shock at the end of the visit. True to their word, Saul arrived on time.
