If you are putting someone on phone service at least put someone to know how to speak, the guy who was talking to the phone was rude and hung up the phone although I told him wait a minute I am looking for my health card.
Worst customer service ever. I had appointment at 8am and a lady came with no appointment and the receptionist let her in before me and I was standing there. The receptionist told me you came 5 minutes late. I was there on time but she was talking to to two other people. Unprofessional and she just ruined my day
Technologist was unfriendly. I’ve also never had a painful ultrasound until this person. Some people just don’t belong in health care.
