The lab technicians are good, but the desk staff's attitude is consistently poor. This issue seems to be prevalent across all health centers in Brampton. Their communication skills and customer service approach ia horrible..
Please update your opening days, because you are showing you are open on Saturday (12:30) but I went (11:00am)and you closed 😠
Staff is very rude...they don’t know how to talk to the clients at all.The lady first didn’t put the closing hour detail on the door and instead yelling at the client for knocking on the door.i suggest not to go at this location if you need a better service.
