Totally dishonest company. Paid them over $4000 to install a cctv camera system. Our WiFi had an outage that morning which I notified them of but they refused to come another day (they had already taken $3000 deposit). They then proceeded to install the system. Chris advised me that it would be easy for me to set up via the app on my phone once wifi was running.
