I had initially been charged more for a contact at at CMIS than another facility but I contacted the Office Manager who was very helpful in getting this resolved. The people at CMIS were very helpful and respectful and I would recommend the facility.
Everyone from the front desk to discharge personnel was professional. Thank You, Front-Desk-Jennifer and Preop – John. Staff in the Surgery room were totally professional and cheerful to ease your mind that they were there with you. Crystal-RN, Liz-RN, MIA-CST, Kelly-RT, and Katherine-Post-Op. A special thank-you to Liz-RN for her support in putting me at ease with my breathing and supporting me with my hearing as needed. Thank You, Dr Troy!!!!
I had the exact same surgery at Amsurg in Joliet yet CMIS in Mokena charged me $200 more for the lens than Amsurg. Amsurg gave me a Medicare discount but the folks at CMIS would not budge from their significantly higher price. Sadly, I could have had both procedures at Amsurg but was unaware of CMIS's practices.
