We have a 90 yr old home in the historic district of Fayetteville. CMI demolished 250 sq ft and added 500 sq feet. The project included a bedroom, bath, laundry and small den. CMI managed all the permitting, sub contractors, and supervision on the project. Brad and team have a great group of sub contractors all who speak highly of Brad and his team at CMI. Integrity, good communication and follow through. That sums up our experience with CMI. Remodeling a home or an investment property can be a personal experience and often extends for months on end. I worked with CMI to build my custom home. From the beginning they were nothing but top notch. I would describe CMI as caring, thorough, and patient.
