Terrible customer service. I don't think there is a single company that I have ever dealt with that tries so hard to give bad customer service. Their communication is terrible. for the same or better price you can get outstanding service at one of their competitors. If you need DOT drug testing you can find a list of providers on the Texas State website. I chose this place because they were close to our facility but that was a mistake.
