My daughters therapist is absolutely amazing. The only therapist she's ever looked forward to seeing every week. I'm devastated to hear she is leaving and today's my daughters last appointment with her
I started therapy at cmha and found it very helpful. The therapists, doctors and alike are all helpful in my experience

CMHA is a great place to go to for therapy and to get a case worker. My therapist and case worker have both helped me out tremendously and I'm forever grateful.
