Do I recommend this service? No. Not for a caseworker. Yes for walk-in counselling. My caseworker took a leave of absence and NO ONE told me for weeks. Unfortunately, I now refer to caseworkers as glorified referral services because the topics I needed help with were "out of her scope". Not helpful whatsoever. It doesn't matter what the review response will be, it's all lip service to me. If you receive support from this location, good for you - I consider you lucky. Had a bad experience with Ansara. Very rude, dismissive, and I feel like I was treated poorly because of my race.
They do amazing work. Really great people, especially Kelly Shaw. I owe her a thousand thanks
