I started at CMHA Lindsay in the beginning of 2023. CMHA was great while I was there. The services were helpful and the staff was very kind. However, I missed a few appointments due to illness/family emergencies (which I made sure I was communicating the whole time) and rather than getting the courtesy of a call or a text, I didn't find out I was no longer in the program until I reached out to book my next appointment which was only a week difference from the time I usually went between rescheduling/rebooking. If you want supportive environment and fun interaction this is the place. With differing programs and unique points of view, you can get most any help you need. The Case Managers are "the greatest" and the workers at REACH are also top notch! Melody even leads our humble little band!! And Summer is as smart and gentle with wisdom, as Mel, for every situation!! An excellent place to grow and have safe interaction..do yourself a favour and check us out!!
