I am paying subscriber to Choice Home Warranty (CHW), I submitted a claim regarding my toilet. It took several calls to have my claim addressed. 10 days later, CHW finally selected CMH which is 1.5 hrs from my home since local plumbers refuse to partner with CHW. Yes, CHW is the worst company, but I digress. Chris and his colleague came in with a kind heart knowing that I was already distress from having to wait for 10 days to get a working toilet.
