Over several years frequenting this pharmacy I was dispensed the wrong number of pills on one occasion, had to ask my insurance to be rerun on a frequent basis due to being charged the wrong amount, and habitually would leave 4-5 voicemails over multiple weeks before receiving any calls back. Staff was not forthcoming when mistakes were made. I had been willing to deal with it due to the friendly nature of the staff, but even that has since lapsed. I have since transferred my care. The care compassion and professionalism of all the employees at CMH Pharmacy in Seaside is so far above anyone else in this County that it is amazing. Each one of them and the manager Jeff Chow are the most competent people I have had the pleasure to work with.
I suffer from a myriad of mental illnesses. These people decided they dont like my mental illnesses and have refused me service. Thats discrimination. Not their finest hour. 👌
The girl at the counter was extremely nice and helpful! She saved the day for me making sure my insurance covered the medication and getting it filled in less than 1 hour! Thank you guys so much!
