This clinic has been amazing. As a queer person, I felt truly respected, supported, and listened to here. The staff is kind, nonjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received over the years.
This place is worthless, and will only see you if they don't make their quota for the day. The male doctor/NP that they have working is clueless, and they don't call you back until a day or two later with results.
CMH Walk In Clinic may be one of the most difficult, infuriating clinics I have ever visited. With two young children we frequent this clinic a lot. The time it takes to be seen is astronomical, especially when you have sick littles. Also, why close over lunch when, for many, this is the only time they can be seen. Nice new building, but let’s match with the level of care and convenience of what a walk in clinic should be.
Being from out of town I researched to make sure I was getting proper car before I went! I was seen my a female NP who was useless! I have been very sick and in alot of pain and she has no answers for me just tells me to see my regular doctor whom is 1000 miles away! She never once checked into what was wrong with me and rushed me thru my visit and wouldn't listen to my concerns!! Will never return to this place and should have not been charged what I was charged to have zero answers or anything!!!
