Awesome job. Jacob was the main therapist he is calm and polite and knowledgeable, made me feel like a priority. His suggestion I took home and worked on. I had a stroke and he worked with me on balance and endurance. Once a week for 2 months thank you CMH and Jacob.!! The dredded PT was a success and much appreciated.

Would happily give less stars if I could. Reception staff are often very short and rude. I’m sure the therapists they have are not all bad but the “therapist” my wife was seeing was absolute trash. My wife was in rehab for 3 months due to biceps tendon surgery and after 3 months of “therapy” my wife is no better and has more progress other exorcises we looked up online than “work” she did in the office.
