Very disappointed why does it take 2 days to fill a prescription sent in by a doctor? Hire more staff if you need it. This pharmacy used to be more on it.
They never got our prescription from the Dr and therefore never filled it and then closed.
They work hard and have a new system, along with being shuffled around with construction stuff. Expect a wait and try to be more patient than I was when a guy jumped in front of two of us waiting already. 🤓
Don't bother calling, they never answer the phone. I don't know how you're supposed to call in for refills when they DO NOT ANSWER! I was unable to come in because I was out of a medication and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. Be professional, if your business is THAT busy then hire more staff. Ever heard of customer service? The CMH Outpatient pharmacy is not the only game in town.
