This pharmacy is consistently the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They’ll text you that your prescription is ready, and then 9 times out of 10 when you show up “they can’t find it”. So then they scramble in the back to make up for it or spend 10 minutes looking for it until magically it appears. Almost every time I’ve been here it’s a 30-45 minute wait. If you have the options send your medicine anywhere else
My hat is off to this pharmacy.. I have an impacted wisdom tooth had to go out of town for an oral consultation.. came back home with 6 prescriptions.. we got to the pharmacy at 5:30 told them we could pick up tomorrow.. they asked about it once they got word it was for wisdom tooth they got all six done and we're ready in 30 minutes no insurance issues no second-guessing no having to rerun something two or three times way to go Columbia Memorial outpatient pharmacy way to go!!!😁😄
This pharmacy used to be so good, but not any longer. They got a new computer system and now seem incapable of filling a prescription in any timely manner. I take 2 commonly prescribed heart medications, that used to take less than 24 hours to fill, Now it typically takes 2-7 DAYS to fill a prescription and requires multiple calls and often 2-3 trips to the pharmacy. Well we spent the whole day 3 different trips in to get a simple steroid prescription filled for my shoulder, I have 2 different insurances they can't figure out how to apply either, had to call support and wait on a call back, 4:30 now probably not going to get the anti inflammatory til Monday, will wind up back in the er. due to the pain. Never ever go there
