It's scary to hear a doctor in the emergency room tell you that you should be living in Portland or somewhere closer to other better medical resources, and that I should not return to his emergency room. Ask him about the "I'm looking in the mirror here" conversation with his patient and about living on the coast. I went to the ER with a really high HR, BP, abdominal pain, likely brought on by the chronicly painful existing injuries I have in my back and leg from a recent injury.
