She is efficient coordinating a pre-preparation meeting providing timely estimates when the return will be ready for review. The website is extremely useful providing access to communications and returns as well as e-filing documents.

After three years of business with them they told me "my taxes are frustrating and difficult and cause problems for everyone" and they increased the prices 40%. No problem paying higher prices but will not be told that im a burden! Go find a firm that doesn't think their clients are burdens! Update: owner tried to spin it and say he meant that "the system is frustrating and difficult". Lol please! What a joke!
