WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY!! THEY APPLIED MY PAYMENT TO A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND STARTED TRYING TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT AS A MISSED PAYMENT. AFTER HAVING ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES TODAY ON THE PHONE THEY "FOUND" THE PAYMENT ALREADY APPLIED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DIFFERENT NAMES ON THE CHECK SENT BY MY BANK AND THE ACCOUNT WHOM THEY APPLIED THE PAYMENT TO.
