My husband and I went with CMG mostly so that we would be give the incentives offered. Since closing last May we have had multiple problems with logging in to our account, spend forever on hold just to get someone that doesn’t have the answer and here we are almost at the end of Feb and still haven’t received our 2019 tax statement. We do not recommend this company to anyone

Login is always a giant problem or the site is under maintenance which is amazing because it still sucks. With all these issues I decided to set up auto withdrawal. Nope. Now I’m two months behind with late fees. Try to make it right over the phone and this is how long it takes to get the to the right department, which was still unsuccessful. I have to go back to work now. Maybe if I can take a half day tomorrow I can convince you to take my money.

I worked with GaSandra Carlson. She was totally awesome. She made the refinance process as stress free as possible. She responded very quickly to my questions and concerns. She kept me encouraged to keep going when underwriting needed more forms which always happens and makes you want to quit. I finished the process very quickly and it is due to her efforts. Elizabeth and Ilia are rockstars. I am a nervous nancy and would email them several times a day and I always got a response back, which is awesome as communication is KEY. I highly recommend CMG. If you're in the market for a house, blow off the other banks and just hit up CMG.

It was a pleasure to work with AJ Kozlak at CMG Finance. Mr. AJ was responsive to all my questions, He came up with several options to satisfy my requirements and explained the benefits of each options. AJ was dependable and reliable in accomplishing the task at hand. AJ is a true professional ,knowledgeable an excellent loan officer and a great person to work with. I sent my SEPTEMBER payment in via fedex with signature confirmation. It was signed for by an employee at CMG. (E Rodriguez). I find out a month later, it was never applied to my account (yet it is cashed). I have called and spoken to many different people since then, THEY STILL HAVEN’T APPLIED IT TO MY ACCOUNT- it’s now DECEMBER. Ridiculous.

worked with Ashley fletcher trying to get a loan, my score was close to 700 and she recome ded to try to do some stuff to get it up, dou to her suggestions my credit went down to 620 and she ignored me. even before that we said let's go ahead and start the process then she said ok, then disappeared for aweek, then she answered and I asked her to send me the paperwork request to start then she banished in to a black hole seemed like!!! never never never will recomend her!!! what a screw up!!!

Amber was so helpful to me throughout the refinancing of my home. She was amazing to work with because I had never done anything like that on my own. She made herself available to answer all the questions I had whenever I had them.

The loan was easy but getting a customer service rep to help with a question a few years is absolutely impossible! Do they even have a human who answers the phone? Anyone? Buhler? Buhler?
