Very professional and explained all that would need to be done. Answered all questions and both Chris and Brian were very kind and considerate of the age of the homeowner and made the entire experience affordable and pleasant. I have already recommended them to others. They also completed the job in a timely manner and it was a pleasure to have their expertise and trust in our mother's home. A definite "Five Star"!
These knowledgeable guys were highly recommended and performed up to my expectations and their professionalism. I feel they were very honest with me and completed the job in a timely fashion, always on time and explained what was being done. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
We are extremely happy with the services CMG provided. Both Chris and Brian were very thorough, they took the time to explain to us in details what was dysfunctional with our old unit and helped us replace an entirely new one with the least amount of expenses possible. They were able to replace our AC unit promptly within a couple of days. Chris is very personable and professional, we highly recommend him and his team to all our family and friends.
We had CMG out due to our AC unit not cooling. They identified the problem in just a few minutes and we had an estimate the next morning. They scheduled the work for the very next week and now our unit is repaired and we have all new duct work. They were professional and very positive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
Our technician, Chris was wonderful. He responded promptly when our 19 yr old HVAC went out. The company was able to have a new unit installed within just a couple of days. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them for our annual maintenance and other heating or air needs. We found them to be honest and reliable. Ask for Chris! He’s the best
