Don’t expect to get more than a few dollars of your deposit back if anything at all. Read the fine print of your lease, there are already built in mandatory cleaning fees, and over inflated maintenance prices. I should have listen to the many other postings and reviews and just left the place a completely dirty, as my wife, son and I spend nearly 4 hours cleaning an already ragged out 30 year old house, but still got blamed for scuffs and scratches on old worn out floors, cabinets, cracks in the ceiling, worn out sinks, crap... read more

Tenant beware! Kindness from the staff was excellent while we signed the lease. My daughter decided Radford was not the place for her. She did not return to school after the 1st session. We understood we needed to continue to pay for the apartment she after she left. We made the office aware of her departure. We cleaned the room that was used for 5 months. When we left the apartment it was clean and we made the staff at CMG aware. At the end of the term we were charged our full deposit for rug cleaning, wall repair a... read more
