Office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. I have tried calling numerous times and never receive a call back. I was told to do everything through MyChart. Sent a message to just get a note for my child’s daycare and instead of sending a note they put in a prescription for medicine she isn’t taking. Incredibly frustrating!
Our past two consecutive visits have been incredibly disappointing. On both occasions, we made an appointment to address a specific need. Both times we explained clearly over the phone what we were looking for and appointments were scheduled, and both times (April 2025, August 2025) we were told our needs couldnt be met only after arriving on site for the appointment. Consistent displays of a complete lack of respect for the time of others.
I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was little. She had Dr. Jolly, then Dr. Krantz, and now Dr. Johnson. We really like the front desk people and never have any problems (like with wait or crowds) that were mentioned in the other reviews. Dr. Johnson finally helped us get answers for my daughter after many years, different doctors, and loads of hospital visits. She was one of the two doctors who really listened to her concerns and took them seriously.
They canceled my child appointment just before half an hour.
