I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was little. She had Dr. Jolly, then Dr. Krantz, and now Dr. Johnson. We really like the front desk people and never have any problems (like with wait or crowds) that were mentioned in the other reviews. Dr. Johnson finally helped us get answers for my daughter after many years, different doctors, and loads of hospital visits. She was one of the two doctors who really listened to her concerns and took them seriously.
They canceled my child appointment just before half an hour.
I wonder if the good reviews are due to lack of competition. Not possible to speak directly with a nurse. Takes 3+ days to get 1 Mychart response about a diaper rash. Have to bounce around to any pediatrician available due to their maximum packed scheduling every single well and sick visit, no one familiar with you or your child at all. Long wait times in lobby at every scheduled appointment, some times sitting in room for over 45 minutes after being taking back by the nurse.
There are so many other places out there better then this place. Always over crowded....time limits on appointments and experience with pediatrician we were assigned was not great. We ended up changing where we went and I can't tell you the relief I have from doing so....first time mom. Took me 4 appointments before I had enough. You can't even get ahold of the place!
