Absolutely terrible company - I built a new house and financed through my builder's lender: CMG. They had 6+ months to get my documentation in order and they waited until 3 weeks before close to request final documentation and transcripts from the IRS. The transcripts did not come on time, causing an inordinate amount of stress on me and we almost did not close on time as a result. Further, after closing, there is no portal to make payments and the phone number has an awful auto attendant you puts you on hold for an eternity... read more
