RUN AWAY!! Do not work with this company! We worked with Marshell who was incredibly unprofessional. He seemed good in the beginning, but everything he said on the phone was not what ended up on paper. When expressing dissatisfaction, he turned on us and blamed us! These are just a couple examples of the conversations I had with him. But bottom line: -Charged twice the fee than he said he was going to -Wouldn't put anything in writing consistent with what he said -Interest rate was three-quarters a percent higher than a week... read more

Several years ago we financed and then refinaced a home with Brett. Just recently we financed a second home. Brett has been incredibly helpful through this somewhat arduous and confusing process. He was always clear about the procedure and communicaton with him was easy. We don't live in Colorado so it was especially important to us that we work with someone we felt we could trust. Brett definitely turned out to be that person!

I've refinanced my home mortgage a few times and this was the easiest one by far! George Castillo was there literally every step of the way.
