Several years ago we financed and then refinaced a home with Brett. Just recently we financed a second home. Brett has been incredibly helpful through this somewhat arduous and confusing process. He was always clear about the procedure and communicaton with him was easy. We don't live in Colorado so it was especially important to us that we work with someone we felt we could trust. Brett definitely turned out to be that person!

I've refinanced my home mortgage a few times and this was the easiest one by far! George Castillo was there literally every step of the way. The level of communication during the process was unparalleled. I was never left waiting and wondering if everything was still moving forward or what the next step might be. George was on it!
