CMG has provided the worst lending experience I have encountered in over 18 years in the real estate business. They have miss-handled, delayed, and nearly cost the project multiple times. It has taken over 2.5months to underwrite an extremely simple primary residence loan and it’s still not complete. They clearly will not prioritize this loan and come up with excuse after excuse to further delay. If they can’t handle a simple project, I would never use them for a complex or high value purchase.
