We got our mortgage through CMG and it was a nightmare. The home we bought was appraised at the listing value and comparable homes were selling around the same price. They flagged the appraisal and we had to wait almost a week for them to finally accept the appraisal. After closing on the home, we were spammed daily with 5+ mails and emails asking us to sign up for things and we never authorized CMG to spam us. Even worse they limit you to $100k a day payments if you want to pay off your loan. They only accept wire transfers... read more
