Recently had a new Worcester boiler instaled exerlant clean and professional job highly recommended another satisfied customer
Colin is a lifesaver - when my boiler died, he was out and quoted for the job (cheaper than the other two), offered two options for a new boiler and discussed the pros and cons of each, with no hard sell. Although really busy, he gave up his Saturday to come and get me back up and running. Both he and Nicky were on time, professional and friendly, made sure there was as little mess as possible and wanted to get my hoover before they left (I did that part myself). I really can't recommend Colin and CMG more highly.
CMG put our heating system in last year then Colin came out this year to do the service but my review is actually about what you don't read about on his website. Colin at CMG is very responsive and twice I have been in touch for assistance and he has replied quickly. This morning, he replied with simple instructions on how to remedy a problem with my room thermostat/programmer. Superb service from Colin and the team. Punctuality, tidiness and most importantly, a job well done for an excellent price. Highly recommended.
