Honestly super unprofessional. They sold off my loan to another lender and now I can't get any information on how to pay my mortgage. They were extremely unprofessional when calling for employment verification and I rarely heard back from them unless I bugged my realtor which I shouldn't have had to. The loan officer seemed like she could barley be bothered and I had to do majority of the leg work to get my loan taken care of. Do not allow this company to manage your mortgage. They overpaid my home insurances twice on their own and then said I owed more in my monthly payment because of their mistake. I cannot wait to not be in business with them ever again.
