There customer service sucks been mailing My check for nearly a year Now all of the sudden can't get my routing number right off my checking!!!!
Horrible experience. Angel quoted me a specific % rate and 0 points (actually had a lender credit.) We had a lock-in agreement in place signed and dated. Almost 40 days later, and with less than 24 hours until closing they slipped in almost $3000 in points to buy down my rate. They didn't notify me, didn't reach out to try to explain, they just slipped it in and hoped I wouldn't notice.
