The customer service sucks. I tried to get my escrow reimbursed from last year due to being tax exempt for 100% VA Disability and they still had over $4k excess and were still taking $400 a month in taxes out. When they did send me a check it was for just over $100. I never did get the property taxes straightened out but have refinanced now. One headache gone!
The most frustrating mortgage company ever! If your loan officer is recommending this company. Run!!!! If you ever have to contact cmg for any reason, you can’t. You will literally never be able to actually speak to someone on the phone.
If I had negative numbers to rate Gladys, the person who answered me today by phone about 1:30 pm, I will give them to her. I need to understand why is my mortgage to high this year. I have called several times to try to find an answer and nothing about a solution. But today she was acting very rude and interrupted me all the time made me feel guilty. I'm just a customer that needs an explanation please. Atrocious customer services.
This mortgage company sucks! They incorrectly assessed our 2022 taxes which caused a $300 increase in our monthly payment when it should have decreased it. It has been going on 3 months + and I am still overpaying and nothing has been done about it after requesting multiple new escrow analysis and being told that "oh it should be reflected on next month's statement" over and over again. Do not use them for any of your financial needs.
I am a 100% disabled veteran who should be receiving tax exemption on my home loan. CMG refused to honor that status until they are ready to review tax exemptions. I have been in this loan since November 2021 and still paying taxes on my home loan. Their customer service is horrible and they won’t let you speak with a supervisor with any concerns. Don’t borrow from this company!!!!!😞😞
