I have been a member of CME fit for approx. 9 years, it is my happy place even though some people ask how can you be happy exercising, well I for one can tell you the feel good feeling that comes with exercise is addictive. I had been an avid gym goer in my 20/30's then due to several non gym related injuries had stopped. When I recommenced in my late 40's at my sons recommendation due to knee damage playing tennis, it was a game changer for me. It's a great venue for Karate but it's a bit old and very cold. They do have a lot of good equipment and the price is more than reasonable.

Best gym I've ever attended. It has a great vibe and cool people.
