We have been in our home for 1 month and the issues are far too many to be dealing with. My home is literally washing away into a retention area all because a safety wall was not put in place and now they say it is my problem to deal with. We were skeptical after seeing the reviews but they were the only builders in the area that offered what we needed in a new home. I waited 2 years after purchase to make this review because as wanted to ensure it was their motivation. As of now, they are a remarkable builder. None of the flashy sales pitches, offices and foolishness just good people building affordable, large and well built homes. Pleas do not buy a home from them You’ve been Warned she’s right do not purchase from this builder lack professionalism and the quality of their homes are flawed! 2 years have not received my 11 month warranty repairs! They give you the run around and has no intentions of meeting their obligations! I have doors inside are inoperable, Sheetrock is awful and so on just to name a few!
