Dr Olsen and Isabel were the most wonderful providers during my first pregnancy, I was considered high risk due to a prior endometriosis diagnosis and surgeries at a former practice, and Dr Olsen took me on as a patient with such kindness and care. He explained my options thoroughly and made sure I was confident in my birth plan. I ended up needing a c-section because of my past surgeries and Dr Olsen did such an amazing job. Don’t waste your time with this place. Especially if you’re a woman in pain who actually wants help. I’ve been a patient here for a year. At first, I thought I finally found a place that cared. They diagnosed me with PCOS and said they thought I might have endometriosis too. They told me I’d be put on a waitlist for surgery (a laparoscopy) and that it would take about six months. Nothing but great things to say about this office and staff. From checking in, to being roomed and triaged to seeing the provider! All the providers are amazing and caring thus far. Can't wait to have my little bean soon:)
Staff is great. Getting a hold of anyone is a nightmare. They have no portal system so everything is done over the phone. In order to speak with a nurse you have to call in, wait on hold for a while (rarely, rarely do you ever not have to wait, it's always a matter of how long the wait will be. I always plan for at least a 5 min wait), the receptionist answers, you relay your question to her, she then says she'll pass it onto a nurse and they will call you back. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and particularly Dr. Olsen. There was a time I didn’t expect to have any children due to long standing unexplained infertility. I always knew there was something wrong, but no doctors listened to me except Dr. Olsen. He did listen, he found the cause, and I was cured. It is because of his diligence and approach to restoring fertility (versus pushing me to IVF or IUI like countless other doctors) that I am now pregnant with my 4th child.
