Apparently the pick-up time can change, you don't have to be notified, and then when your ride shows up even earlier than the new pick-up time (the one you didn't know about), they will honk repeatedly and then, despite you saying you'll be out in a minute, will leave you after waiting 4 minutes. THEN, when you call dispatch, they'll respond with, "Oh. Sorry. Well, they only *had* to wait 3 minutes."
Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Driver turns around in neighborhoods driveway or any where that is convenient.
The driver honks the horn when they pull up. It’s early I work nights. The other day someone said something to them about it & they proceeded to lay in on the horn, I guess to prove a point.
Awesome service and very reliable
After using their services I will not look any further. Their drivers were super to our kids.
