I went in to get a piece of meat cleaned out of my gum, I was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen... The piece of meat was not taking out of my gums, I went back the next day to have them clean it out but they refused to.. I am not ever going back to that stupid place with those lazy people

This dental place has been beyond disappointing. Update : I came in November to see about a filling that popped out and they took xray and pictures sent me back to the lobby. I waited 1 1/2 hours before leaving. I went to Suave dental who took the proper care and found out I needed a root canal and a filling. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Appointments are always 30 minutes to an hour wait and not given the proper care.

They never answer the phone. Hold times can be 30 minutes or more.

This dental place has been beyond disappointing. If the front office has time to gossip with each other they can pick up the phone. The actual dentist and help are great but the people at the front need to be replaced. I needed an emergency appointment. When I called I pushed 111 to receive a call back, when I was getting a call back they let it ring once and as soon as I was going to pick up they hung up.
