We are a cleaning contractor for CMC Properties and they have been nothing short of excellent. When we took over one of there communal areas we discussed how we could get it all safe and clean for them and they trusted us to do our job and they paid on time. They do not micromanage contractors or cut any corners, there properties are all kept in prestige condition with every tenant happy with them! We are very happy to be working for them! Very professional and efficient. My move in appeared to behassle free. Claire made everything seem so easy. I love the fact that this letting agency steps away from conventional high street processes and has made a new system of letting homes that has definitely worked for me and my family.
