We are a cleaning contractor for CMC Properties and they have been nothing short of excellent. When we took over one of there communal areas we discussed how we could get it all safe and clean for them and they trusted us to do our job and they paid on time. They do not micromanage contractors or cut any corners, there properties are all kept in prestige condition with every tenant happy with them! We are very happy to be working for them!
