Rude admin. Ancient scheduling system, no reminders. Go elsewhere.
The administration at this place is incapable of providing any level of customer, which is customary with most medical offices. After a referral from my Dr, they called once after a month, left an incomplete voice mail, and then threw the orders out after a week. When I was finally able to reach them on the phone, they require that I go back to the Dr to have the referral resent, as they’re apparently too busy and important to make the call.
