A truly marvelous PT experience…..from the professional scheduling dept, to the clean facility, to the best Physical therapist I’ve ever had, Tammy. I’ve sent several friends and relatives there….they’re happy, too. You can’t do better.
Rude admin. Ancient scheduling system, no reminders. Go elsewhere.
The administration at this place is incapable of providing any level of customer, which is customary with most medical offices. After a referral from my Dr, they called once after a month, left an incomplete voice mail, and then threw the orders out after a week. When I was finally able to reach them on the phone, they require that I go back to the Dr to have the referral resent, as they’re apparently too busy and important to make the call.
