It is very unfortunate that the customer service is so terrible because Dr. Olson is amazing. I had an issue at the beginning of the year with a pre-authorization. It took me over 6 weeks to get it settled and was off of my medication for a few weeks out of that which meant I had to start back at a lower dose which was super frustrating. so it expires now in August so I figured I would get a jump start on it and I started calling almost 2 weeks ago to get an the pre-authorization started. Every 3 months I need a prior authorization for my meds … each visit I’m told it’ll be done ahead of time.. never is. Never fails. Have been going here for over a yr and has yet to improve. Have called at least 5 times in last 3 weeks and have yet to get the prior authorization nor my meds. These meds are to be taken weekly and have now been out for multiple weeks.
