I wish I could give zero stars because they don't even deserve 1!!! My daughter had a phone appointment & they only called to check her in. Doctor Singh NEVER called for her appointment even after I called 4 1/2 hours after her appointment time. Worst doctor & worst staff ever!!!!! I hope they ALL GET FIRED!!!!!!
This is my first visit this office as a new patient | everything is very good they help us fill form ,proper checkup ,listen to us very carefully ,me and my husband both went together to DR jasmine ghuman she is very nice and treat us very well thank you so much overall. Dr Jasmine Ghuman wanted to cancel my appointment she didn't wanna see me swelling of the feet and ER results were red across my chart isn't concerning. I went to the office for my appointment was 5 min late turned me back she couldn't see me because she was running behind. I spoke to this doctor over the phone before she is extremely rude doesn't care. It's sad we have people like this in the medical field.
Dr. Mathis does not care about the wellbeing of her patient. My daughter waited over an hour for her to come in and give her a piece of paper with other sister clinics phone numbers. She could have given my daughter an exam and referral to see a specialist being that she was in the ER two days ago. Negligent is the word that suits her. It's so sad that some doctors who take an oath truly do not care about their patients. Just a number and money. Stay away from this location, it has roaches, and stay away from Dr. Mathis.
