Dr. Jasmin Ghuman has been the worst doctor to be the PCP for my father. Zero patience and no communication on what are next steps for care. Refused to refer to a pulmonologist after a visit to the ER diagnosed him with pulmonary edema and specifically stated we needed a referral from his PCP which has been useless to us. We have had to get referral from a third party that works with health plan of San Joaquin. Because she’s refused to refill certain medications our dialysis nurse had to help with us.
