by offering parts and schemetics om pump
Doesn't supply repair parts for their industrial models. Actuator was not sealed correctly and small amount of rain water leaked into the motor housing. If they sealed wire gland threads (teflon tape) , and used a little of the appropriate grease on the o-rings, it would have solved the problem. They have no idea how to make something watertight. Doesn't support the units out of wty at all. For the price of replacement hydraulics a whole unit could almost be bought. After a rigorous search the motor brushes seem to be a common problem (same as mine) with most of the units out there. Yet no info given on where to get replacements.
Guide in southern Oregon using the power lift jack. Love the product and when it had an issue finally this week got helped and new part on the way in less than five minutes. Thank you CMC and Jeremy in parts for good fast service.
