Very friendly and helpful staff.
The customer service from CMCs install manager and install crew was awful and tough to deal with. The installers walked right past me in my own house without saying a word, which felt super awkward. Nobody from CMC gave me any info on product care or maintenance. I got way better service ordering a microwave from a big box store. I made sure to be available when CMC needed stuff from me like a sink, faucet, or soap dispenser. But getting them to communicate was like pulling teeth. CMC installed our countertops a couple of years ago, but unfortunately, they developed hairline cracks in a couple of places. The fault was the material, not CMC's installation, but their suppliers rejected the claim to fix them. However, CMC decided that they would replace them anyway, and their expense! We couldn't be happier with CMC's customer service. Thanks CMC!
Project manager not the best to work with. Install manager didn't keep his word. Both are less than desirable to work with.
