Elder was very friendly and easy to work with to do my personal taxes. Had both virtual and in person services and I was able to get in for an appointment quickly! During your visits he'll have a dual screen up so you can see right in front of you what he's doing, even for virtual appts, which was convenient. I was able to get everything done very seamlessly.
