Man, where do I begin. CMC elevators was the first success after a line of severe failures with other local elevator companies. Apparently running an elevator company in the greater Boston area means providing zero service and trying to rip off your customer’s used-car-salesman style. We had one company that we had been using vanish entirely, and another company who we paid a bunch of money to, and then fell off the face of the earth. Not so with CMC. Can't speak highly enough about Jack and his crew. After our old elevator company went out of business, we got totally taken advantage of by two other companies located around the Boston area. We were given CMC's information by our elevator manufacturer and they just really came through. Jack was straightforward, honest, and reasonable. The rest of his crew was very pleasant. Highly recommend - it seems hard to find decent people in this industry.
