Dishonest and unethical. Adam White was sent by AHS to inspect our broken washer. He told us a part was corroded, it was common with these machines, and it wasn't our fault. The next day our claim was denied by AHS because Adam put in his report that we used too much soap and we corroded the part. He cannot be trusted and should not be allowed in your home.
Technician Adam White sent over by the company was rude, intrusive and not capable of the work.
