This team is the best. Our newish motor died and they evaluated it, ordered the part, and repaired it during the season within 36 hours. We had them install our two units, and I’m glad that we did.
Unbelievable service
Wow. They have excellent service! I called in the morning and they were here to fix the AC the same day! Very responsive and technician was nice and professional
CMC has the WORST customer service ever! I have been calling them for a YEAR to get a new unit installed. My calls are rarely returned, even after I leave a message. I'm always "on the schedule" yet they don't show up. Super unreliable company. Don't bother.
