Love this place! My husband and I go every year. no lines, great service and painless blood draw! This is our go-to every time!
It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience, I went to La Palma office, when I arrived, the nurse at the front desk appeared to be on a FaceTime call with friends. She was laughing, talking, and looking at her phone while writing down my blood test code. This made me uncertain whether she recorded the correct information. Additionally, she did not ask whether I had been fasting, even though my doctor specifically requested a fasting blood test.
